Monday -- Chicken fajitas. We had them last week and are craving them again.
Tuesday -- Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich
Wednesday -- Vegetable Stir-fry with whole wheat noodles (whatever veggies are on hand)
Thursday -- Breaded Tilapia
Friday -- Enchilada Soup (soooo good.)
Saturday -- Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich
Sunday -- Left over Enchilada Soup
